Appliances included are washer/dryer, stove and dishwasher in most units) Sandhills suites are individually heated with an efficient gas fired hot water/forced air system, fridge, and each is cooled with it's own rooftop air conditioner. Some suites have a second bedroom and bath, solarium, den, balcony or patio. Suites present well with bright, ensuite bath, kitchen, spacious master bedroom, large living/dining room, and laundry/storage room. Our 5 storey building features 59 individual luxurious suites that range from smaller one bedroom, to one bedroom plus den and larger two bedroom units. Controlled entry underground parking is available.
